Bereavement support

The Renal Supportive Care Service extends to the care of families after death. Post Bereavement support – a monthly tea and coffee morning, on the first of the month.

This is arranged by Sister Morton and Mary Bish. Bereaved relatives are invited by letter. This is held at the Elizabeth Foundation, Queen Alexandra Hospital.

An annual Memorial Service is also organised and provided by Mary Bish at St Cuthbert's Church, Portsmouth.
