There are several ways you can contact Portsmouth Hospitals depending on whether you are a patient, visitor, journalist or work with us.

For specific service contact details, please visit our services section. If you have already received a letter from us, the contact details for your healthcare team should be available at the top of the letter.

If you need an interpreter, call us from your home using our telephone language service

If you are looking for a British Sign Language interpreter, a new service called InterpretersLive! provides patients with a BSL interpreter online. All you need to do is visit their website to connect to the service. For more information, visit InterpretersLive! here

When you click on the link, you will be presented with three fields. In the first field, please put in Portsmouth Hospitals University Trust. 

In the second field, enter your name and email address. Then click okay and you will be prompted to connect to the service. 

PALS are available to answer questions, help resolve concerns and provide information and advice about our services. More information on PALS can be found here.

The team are available 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday and can be contacted by phoning 02392 286309 or emailing pho-tr.phtpals@nhs.net.

You can cancel your outpatient or clinic appointment by using our online form or calling the number on your appointment letter.

All media enquiries and approaches should be made directly to the Communications team. Please do not contact individual staff members or services directly.

If you would like to film or take photos of one of our services or sites, please speak to the team first. This is to protect the privacy of our patients and staff.
