The Wessex Kidney Centre (WKC) Counselling and Psychological Support Service is for adults (aged 18 years or over).
The service is for those who require counselling and psychological support in relation to renal care received via Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust.
Patients are offered an initial assessment appointment, which may then lead on to up to 6 sessions of counselling or psychological therapy, where appropriate.

Referral
Referral is free of charge, and any patient can self-refer or be referred by a member of staff.
