Dr Hannah Bainbridge qualified from Edinburgh University in 2006 and completed her general medical training in Southampton University Hospital before specialising in oncology at The Royal Surrey County Hospital, Guy's and St. Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust and The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. 2015-2018 Dr Bainbridge completed a CRUK funded PhD at the Institute of Cancer Research and The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. During this research she developed novel approaches for the individualised and curative treatment of lung cancer. In 2020 Dr Bainbridge was appointed as a Consultant Clinical Oncologist in Portsmouth University Hospital where she specialises in the treatment of lung cancer. In Portsmouth she led the implementation of stereotactic radiotherapy for early stage and oligometastatic lung tumours and she now also leads the radiotherapy research team. Her ongoing research and clinical objectives are to improve cancer outcomes by developing tailored approaches for everyone she cares for.

Dr Bartlett was appointed as a Consultant Clinical Oncologist at Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust in 2015. He is also a visiting Consultant at St Richard’s Hospital, Chichester. He is currently the Clinical Director for Oncology and Haematology. Dr Bartlett specialises in the treatment of breast, oesophagus, stomach, pancreas and gallbladder/bile duct cancers. He trained in London and the South of England and subsequently undertook a research degree into heart-sparing breast radiotherapy techniques at the Royal Marsden Hospital and the Institute of Cancer Research. He has published and spoken extensively on this subject and his work has changed UK breast radiotherapy practice. Originally from the Caribbean, Dr Bloomfield trained in Medicine at Cambridge University (Preclinical Medicine) and Oxford University (Clinical Medicine). He was awarded a Commonwealth Caribbean Rhodes Scholarship in 1999. He completed his specialist training as a Clinical Oncologist in 2012. From 2015 to 2018, and since 2021, he has worked as a Consultant Oncologist at the Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth. While he also has experience as a Specialist in the treatment of Lung and Urological cancers, he currently works as a Specialist in the treatment of Breast Cancer. From 2018 to 2021 he worked at IQVIA on the Oncology data network, accountable for oncology clinical reference and reporting schemes. Dr Donnelly is a consultant oncologist treating patients who have cancers of the Head and Neck (sometimes described as cancer of the throat and mouth but including salivary gland tumours, nasopharyngeal and sinonasal cancers). He co-chairs the H&N MDT at QA. Additionally he treats skin cancers such as melanoma, squamous cell cancer, basal cell cancers, Merkel cancer; this part of his practice is predominantly systemic and generally based on immunotherapies. In addition, I take part in many clinical trials and I was the principal investigator of a few of the trials. I have extensive knowledge in managing symptoms associated with cancer and I work very closely with the palliative care and pain team.

I started in this role after finishing my general medical then specialty training in Wessex in 2025. During my training I spent my PhD researching how to make information about cancer treatments easier to understand, and how to help people become more involved in decisions about their care.
Dr Yoodhvir Nagar - Consultant Clinical Oncologist
Dr Nagar is a Senior Clinical Oncologist with over 20 years of consultant experience. He Specialises in Urological Cancers (Prostate Cancer, Urinary Bladder and Kidney cancers) and Oligometastatic cancers (Primary cancers of any site with 3 or less metastatic sites at presentation or metastases after definitive treatment). He has special interest in state-of-art radiotherapy treatments of Stereotactic Radiotherapy (SABR/SBRT), Adaptive SABR and Prostate Brachytherapy. Dr Okezie Ofor - Consultant Medical Oncologist
Specialties - QA/Melanoma, GWM/Breast
Medical Oncology training in Birmingham. PhD in Essex. Focused on systemic therapies for breast and skin cancers. Research interest revolves around departures of cancer phenotype in Blacks as compared to White populations.
Dr Tarunan Loganathan is a Consultant Clinical Oncologist specialising in the management of lung, colorectal, and anal cancers. He completed his specialist oncology training at the Royal Surrey County Hospital, the Royal Marsden Hospital, and Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital. He was subsequently appointed as a Consultant Clinical Oncologist at Queen Alexandra Hospital. His current practice encompasses the treatment of patients with both early-stage and advanced lung, colorectal, and anal malignancies. Dr Loganathan has particular expertise in the delivery of Stereotactic Ablative Body Radiotherapy (SABR), including its use in primary lung cancer, lung metastases, and oligometastatic disease. His clinical practice is based at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth and St Richard’s Hospital in Chichester.
Dr Olly Donnelly - Consultant Oncologist
Specialties - Head and neck cancer, Melanoma, Skin cancers
Dr Donnelly is a consultant oncologist treating patients who have cancers of the Head and Neck (sometimes described as cancer of the throat and mouth but including salivary gland tumours, nasopharyngeal and sinonasal cancers). He co-chairs the H&N MDT at QA. Additionally he treats skin cancers such as melanoma, squamous cell cancer, basal cell cancers, Merkel cancer; this part of his practice is predominantly systemic and generally based on immunotherapies. He also has a role at the University of Portsmouth in the medical school, a branch campus of the King's College London course.
Caroline Chau - Consultant Medical Oncologist
Specialties - Genitourinary cancers (Prostate, Bladder, Renal) and Acute Oncology in Queen Alexandra Hospital and St Richard's Hospital
Dr Chau graduated from King's College London in 2004 and completed her specialist medical oncology training in Wessex. She joined the Trust as a consultant in 2016 specialising in the management of genitourinary malignancies and is a core member of the Acute Oncology team. Dr Chau is the principal investigator of a number of clinical trials and she also has an active role in undergraduate and postgraduate education.
Daniel Bloomfield - Locum Consultant Oncologist
Specialties - Breast Cancer, Queen Alexandra Hospital
Originally from the Caribbean, Dr Bloomfield trained in Medicine at Cambridge University (Preclinical Medicine) and Oxford University (Clinical Medicine). He was awarded a Commonwealth Caribbean Rhodes Scholarship in 1999. He completed his specialist training as a Clinical Oncologist in 2012. From 2015 to 2018, and since 2021, he has worked as a Consultant Oncologist at the Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth. While he also has experience as a Specialist in the treatment of Lung and Urological cancers, he currently works as a Specialist in the treatment of Breast Cancer. From 2018 to 2021 he worked at IQVIA on the Oncology data network, accountable for oncology clinical reference and reporting schemes. Outside of his clinical practice, he leads seminars in transformational learning.
