Our Strategy – Working Together, Improving Together

Our strategy sets out our vision, values, strategic aims and most importantly, how we will deliver against these ambitions for our patients, communities, and people in the future.

It is not just a document, it is for and about everyone at PHU, building on what we have achieved with a renewed focus on continuous improvement and the need to continue to work together and improve together to achieve our goals.

A full copy of the strategy can be downloaded here.

For more information, please visit our strategy webpage.

There are lots of opportunities for you to get involved with the Trust, from volunteering to attending our public meetings, our Annual General Meeting or our hospital open day which is held every year.

Last updated: 09 January 2024

PHU Womens Network banner

The PHU Women’s Network launches in September 2022, following conversations with staff that revealed a desire for a network supporting and raising awareness of matters that affect women.

The network will focus on career progression, health and wellbeing, and will provide opportunities to discuss issues and raise concerns. The network aims to bring women and allies together to overcome challenges to improve the experience women have in the workplace. The network will provide a forum to talk confidentially about work experiences and respond to matters that affect women.

For more information about the network please contact the Co-Chairs, Kate Sandys and Tamzin Williams by email: Womens.Network@porthosp.nhs.uk
