"Diane was fabulous. I was nervous as it was a new experience but she was fabulous. She showed me the equipment and positions and put me at ease. We had a lovely chat while she was carrying out the scans and it was like being with a friend. Thank you for taking the time to go through everything with me. She was efficient and professional but also incredibly friendly. I certainly won't be dreading the next one now. It was good from start to finish, I couldn't make the initial appointment but after calling the number the staff member there managed to get me in sooner with a cancellation. A really great and essential service provided with care and respect. Keep up the great work. Thank you" (July 2026)
"Excellent discussion with the radiographer about requesting a mammogram after age 71 as mum had mastectomy at age 80. She gave me details of phone number and an email address to keep for future use. "Both staff members were very professional and friendly. During the mammogram instructions were clear and respectful, checking it wasn't uncomfortable for me. Changing room wasn't a problem, small obviously, but only to be expected and only in there long enough to take a bra off anyway! After Mammogram, on the way out, I had a nice chat with the other member of staff, who noticed I had a walking stick and told me to be mindful of the bottom step as it was a little deeper than the rest. Over the years I've had a few mammograms in mobile units and never had a bad experience. I didn't check the time but I was in and out, no waiting around, another lady walked in as I was coming out. Always seen quickly. Well done, and thank you. I was told my results should be with me within 3 weeks, it was only 11 days. Thank you, you do a brilliant job. Breast screening on the NHS seem to have nailed it!" (August 2026)
