We have received some lovely feedback about our services which you can read below:
"I attended a routine breast screening at QA hospital this morning and I just wanted to say what an exceptional service I experienced. The lady who did my screening was called Sarah and she was so professional , friendly and reassuring and I wanted to just let you know she is a real asset to your service and please pass on my thanks she deserves much praise and recognition for how lovely she was " (April 2026)
"Was made welcome by all staff but lady who did the screening was excellent. Kind, patient and very caring. Was treated as an individual and felt I was welcome and not a silly old fool. Thank you" (March 2026)
"This is the first time I have ever given feedback, and I am doing so because of the exceptional care and consideration Diane has shown me. (Also, the nurse who booked me in was very kind) This is obviously not my first rodeo at my age, and I absolutely hate having this test done! However, this time was very different; Diane was just so lovely, patient and empathetic. She really took her time to perform the procedure gently, and I was very grateful. I have always found it extremely painful previously, and whilst this wasn’t exactly comfortable, it was very much more manageable. Well done and many thanks" ❤️. (April 2026)
"Having your breast check done in a mobile unit is by far the best experience I’ve had over the years. I am sure more women would attend if this was widely available. I think the member of staff was called Sarah? who remained throughly professional when a huge tree branch came crashing down on her car. In between patients with our permission she popped out moved her car to a safer place then came back and carried on like it hadn't happened." (March 2026)
"The lady who carried out my mammogram was wonderful, very friendly and caring. She was particularly gentle as my ribs were painful due to me being treated for myeloma. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name. She was tall with fair hair and had previously worked in oncology. Very friendly staff who treated me with kindness". (May 2026)
