The Portsmouth Liver Centre provides specialist care to people with liver conditions living in Portsmouth and it's surrounding area.

The Hospital Sterilisation and Disinfection Unit (HSDU) offers a comprehensive decontamination service to theatres for surgical instrumentation, as well as endoscopy decontamination and cleaning.
The Decontamination service offers a high quality service compliant with all standards currently in use in the UK. The department is in the to 10% for efficiency and service bench marked against its peer units.
This service is for inpatients, outpatients, staff and visitors.

Our Inflammatory Bowel Disease service offers inpatient and outpatient support to people with IBD in Portsmouth and surrounding areas.

The Medical Photography and Illustration Team provide services at QA hospital and to the wider Healthcare community. This includes both clinical and non-clinical photography, graphic design and large and small format printing.
The Medical Physics Dept. comprises Radiotherapy Physics, Radiological Sciences, and Nuclear Medicine Physics sections. It also includes Bone Densitometry and a Radiation Protection function. Services of the Medical Physics Dept. may be referred to by any of these names.

Outpatient clinics for patients with general neurological symptoms, and specialist clinics for epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, neuromuscular disorders and Multiple Sclerosis.
We also provide advice and support for patients with neurological problems admitted to Queen Alexandra Hospital.
