The gastroenterology service offers full investigation and management of all gastroenterological conditions and liver disease including inflammatory bowel disease, coeliac disease, dyspepsia and Barrett’s oesophagus among many others.
Following a referral into the service via e-referral, a consultant will review it and advise of a plan to support the patient with their care.
This service has a nationally renowned endoscopy unit offering comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy services, accepting both local and regional referrals.
Clinic appointments are offered in a virtual or face-to-face setting, depending on clinical appropriateness.
