If you have just found out you are pregnant ...

Firstly, you need to make an appointment to see a midwife as soon as possible, and preferably before you are 10 weeks' pregnant.  You can do this by contacting your local maternity centre, the numbers for which are below:

  • Blake Maternity Centre - 023 9252 3651 (Fareham and Gosport)

  • Portsmouth Maternity Centre - 023 9268 0135 (Portsmouth City)

  • Grange Maternity Centre - 023 8231 0580 (voicemail) or 023 8231 0581 (Cosham, Havant, Waterlooville, Petersfield and Liss)

Please click here for a map showing the locations of the centres, and click here to access the "My Birthplace" app which will help you in choosing your place of birth.
