Chief Nurse Fellowship

We are looking for nurses who are searching for the next step in their nursing career. If you would like to improve the care you deliver through leadership development, academic experience and a bespoke improvement

approach then our Chief Nurse Fellowship could be for you.

 

The Chief Nurse Fellowship is designed to empower front-line nurses to improve patient care through leadership development, academic experience and the undertaking of quality improvement projects,

directly aligned to the specialties in which they are based. It provides nursing staff the opportunity to continue to work clinically, whilst also undertaking a bespoke training programme, completing a

Level 7 Academic module and developing skills in quality improvement, research and writing for publication.

 

The fellowship will consist of a two year full-time programme, working clinically for 4 days a week

and 1 day a week for the following components:

Component One: Academic Study at Level 7

Component Two: Chief Nurse Development Plan

Component Three: Mentorship and Supervision

Component Four: Quality Improvement Project

Component Five: Writing for publication

Component Six: Award Ceremony and Alumni
