At Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust our annual leave allowance runs from the 1st April to the 31st March and all employees are entitled to annual leave and general public holidays as follows:

For employees working part-time hours and standard shifts other than 7.5 hours (excluding meal-breaks), annual leave and public holiday entitlements are calculated and taken in hours, on a pro-rata basis for part-time employees. The number of Bank Holidays may vary in a leave year depending on when Easter falls.
