After suspending visiting earlier in the year, we are now able to offer limited visiting to some wards at the discretion of the nurse in-charge.”

We continue to have ongoing issues with the telephone lines at the Queen Alexandra Hospital site and while some calls are getting through, you may face delays. We are also having intermittent issues calling out. We continue working closely with external partners to find a solution.
You can help us by only calling the hospital if urgent as additional pressure on the working lines may cause further disruption.
We are working on additional ways you can get in touch with us urgently including the numbers below, as well as email addresses for non-urgent and appointment queries.
