The PALS is a free and confidential service for patients and carers. We can help answer any questions about your experience with the hospital and can offer advice and support for you, your family, carers and friends.
We can offer “on the spot” confidential advice if you have queries or difficulties about health and social care services, provide information about hospital services and help you to find other organisations or groups that may be helpful to you.
Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust values your opinions and recognises the importance of your experiences and your feedback is invaluable in helping us to continue to improve our services to you.
The Staff of Portsmouth NHS Hospitals Trust are committed to providing our patients and visitors with services of the highest standard. Although we work hard to achieve these standards of service and care at all times, things can sometimes go wrong. Should this happen we want to know and we will do all that we can to put it right and make sure that the same thing doesn’t happen again, to you or someone else. All comments and complaints are taken very seriously and we try very hard to learn from what you tell us.
There are several ways in which you can contact our team. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am till 4pm. You can drop in at our office for on-the-spot advice or support between 10am till 3pm.
