After suspending visiting earlier in the year, we are now able to offer limited visiting to some wards at the discretion of the nurse in-charge.”

Office 365 (O365) is an integrated cloud platform of apps and services; including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and more.
As the roll out of Microsoft Teams licenses increases due to the Trusts response to COVID-19, the migration of users Outlook accounts to the cloud is being prepared.
Once migration to the cloud has been completed, licensed users with be able to use the O365 solution with full Teams integration.
Outlook migration will take place, throughout the remainder of the 2020/21 Financial Year and you will be contacted by the IT Department Project Lead when this is ready for implementation in your department.

Microsoft Teams is a unified communication and collaboration platform that combines persistent workplace chat, video meetings, file storage (including collaboration on files), and application integration.
You can only access and use Teams if you are licenced user. The intention is to provide all PHT employees with access and is being rolled out across the Trust in the coming weeks.
If you have been advised by the IT Department that you have access to use Teams, the desktop link to log in is here: https://teams.microsoft.com/. Your username is your Trust email address and your password is your network (idesktop) password.

As part of our adoption of Teams and Office 365, we have launched an online eLearning platform and encourage you to explore and use the bite size training videos to aid your learning and adoption of the Office 365 Platform.
Within the training portal, under the Course Library, you will find learning portals for Office 365, Teams, Power Apps, Power BI and others.
To login, follow this link, click the red “Login Using Office 365” button and accept the “permissions request”.
(The eLearning is also available through the MyApps Portal as eTraininglibrary).
Please note this platform will only work, using the Google Chrome browser and logging in via the Office365 login button.
As we begin the process of full O365 migration, an O365 Champion group has been set up.
Our Champions will provide support to their Divisions, with not only the initial roll out and engagement, but on-going adoption of the Microsoft O365 suite.
