If you've had experience of using our services and would like to make a comment then please contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). Your views are very important to us and we would like to hear where you think improvements are needed or where things have gone so well that you would like to share your thanks or gratitude with the staff involved. During your stay in hospital you will meet a number of different members of staff. All members of staff wear name badges, but if you are not sure who someone is or what they do, please feel free to ask them to introduce themselves and explain what they do.
If you have any questions about your treatment, please ask a doctor or a nurse.

NHS South of England Procurement Services (SoEPS) provide a full range of services, including A to Z Strategic and Category Sourcing, Data Management and Consultancy services, Commissioned Healthcare, Operational Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Advanced Inventory Management to Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust (PHU), Isle of Wight NHS Trust and other NHS Clients.
Prior to 2006 the Supplies Team was a department within PHU providing a service to all Trust departments as well as various local Primary Care Trusts (PCTs). In 2006 we were awarded the contract to provide a service to the Isle of Wight Hospital Trust and re-branded our offering to become Solent Supplies Team which reflected our customer base around the Solent.
Following continual growth of services to include clients based in London and along the South Coast, we re-branded again in 2013 to become NHS South of England Procurement Services (SoEPS). This allowed us to better reflect our broad client base and make ready for the future environment. We continue to develop into a flexible and robust procurement service that provides all aspects of Procurement and more recently, commercial activities traditionally outside of Procurement.
