If you've had experience of using our services and would like to make a comment then please contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). Your views are very important to us and we would like to hear where you think improvements are needed or where things have gone so well that you would like to share your thanks or gratitude with the staff involved. When things have not gone so well then you can be sure that we want to hear from you, so please get in touch with PALS.
During your stay in hospital you will meet a number of different members of staff. All members of staff wear name badges, but if you are not sure who someone is or what they do, please feel free to ask them to introduce themselves and explain what they do.
If you have any questions about your treatment, please ask a doctor or a nurse.

Our Communications Team at Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust (PHU) looks after all communications in and outside the Trust including media enquiries, PHU social media channels, communicating with staff and patients, coordinating filming, organising visits and events such as the open day, and stakeholder relations.
You can follow us on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn to keep up to date with the latest news and information.
Media requests
The Communications Team should be the first point of contact for all media requests. Our team works with the media to keep people informed and promote work being carried out at PHU.
All media enquiries including requests for interviews, photographs and filming must be made through the Communications Team and consent forms will need completing if a member of staff or patient is being filmed or photographed.
Under no circumstances may interviews, filming or photography be carried out on or around the hospital sites without the express permission of the Communications Team. If you need further information, or would like to arrange an interview, please contact us in advance.
