More than 300 dedicated staff and volunteers have been nominated for a Pride of Portsmouth Award.
In total 363 nominations have been received across 10 categories, which align with our Trust values of working together for patients, with compassion, as one team and always improving.
Entries have now closed and shortlisted nominees will be announced shortly.
Mark Cubbon, Chief Executive, said: “The Pride of Portsmouth Awards are a fantastic opportunity for us to recognise and celebrate the outstanding achievements of our colleagues and teams right across the Trust.
“We will be showcasing best practice and acknowledging staff who live and breathe our values, and will also be celebrating leadership, fundraisers, apprentices and our dedicated volunteers. I am delighted that we have received so many entries and immensely proud of everyone who has been nominated.”

Members of the public were invited to put nominations forward for the Patient’s Choice Award, which will recognise a team or individual who have provided an exceptional service for patients, their relatives of carers of shown outstanding compassion and delivered excellent quality of care.
The Pride of Portsmouth Awards will be held at Portsmouth Guildhall on Monday 18 November.
