Management and Leadership Development

In order to respond to the ever changing NHS agenda and deliver the Trust’s clinical services strategy, we need to identify, develop and grow successful managers and leaders who are able to re-think how they and their teams work, challenge current practice, and think beyond their own local and professional interests to encourage innovation and improvements and effectively manage change which will make a difference to our patients and staff.
