ESR Learning

Accessing ESR

ESR Manual Login: https://my.esr.nhs.uk/

ESR Smartcard Login: https://my.esr.nhs.uk/smartcard/

ESR Home Access:  https://my.esr.nhs.uk/localresponse/

Remember that you can create an account through the 'Request Internet Access' option on ESR, if you wish to access the system from Home.  This can then be used to access your E-Learning and employee self service pages. Please note: This account has to be created at work and can not be reset from home.

If you cannot get ESR Home Access to work on your home computer please use the PC Checker to ensure you have the most up-to-date software.

If you need to reset your ESR password then email esr.passwordreset@porthosp.nhs.uk

 

ESR Smartcard Issues

If you need to renew or unlock your Smartcard, or change the pin code, please visit the Education Centre on E Level.
