Gift Aid is applicable to cash donations of any amount. The scheme is not for use with sponsorships, gifts of assets or gifts in kind.

To enable the Trust to claim back Gift Aid on your donation all you have to do is make a simple Gift Aid declaration. By doing so you are stating that you wish the Trust to treat your donation as a Gift Aid donation and that you pay an amount of income tax or capital gains tax equal to the tax deducted from your donation.

At Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust, patients are given opportunities to take part in clinical trials, in fact when asked, over 90% of patients believe that others should be offered a clinical trial. They are a vital part of learning more about both health and illness, and aim towards making progress for the future.

Staff at Queen Alexandra Hospital would like to make members of the public aware that a Hampshire Fire and Rescue service mass decontamination unit will attend our site for an exercise due to take place on Tuesday 22 May. There will be no live “casualties.”
