QA receives great plaudits! Bedhampton-based resident praises quick turnaround
We receive lots of great plaudits daily so why not share some with you? Below is a copy of a letter the trust received from a Bedhampton-based trust member who praises that it took less than seven hours from making the initial enquiry at his surgery to having his problem referred to QA, investigated and resolved.
