Tim Powell

Director of Workforce and Organisational Development

Tim joined the Trust in November 2011 as Director of Workforce and Organisation Development and brings a wide range of experience from large public sector bodies.

Prior to his appointment with the Trust Tim was the Director for Human Resources and Organisation Development at the London Development Agency responsible for delivering economic development and regeneration priorities for the capital including preparations for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.  Previous to this post he spent five years as the HR Director for Transport for London where he helped oversee a £2.5 billion investment programme to improve the cities rail infrastructure and services.  This followed 17 years spent at Royal Mail plc where Tim undertook a range of specialist and senior HR roles.
