Learning Agreements are the responsibility of trainees with support and guidance from the trainers. Some specialists already have structured forms for this purpose.
Wessex Trainees who are on rotation and feel they may be eligible for Removal Expenses and/or Excess Mileage in Lieu of Removal Expenses should complete an Eligibility Checklist.

As part of your joining if you are either completely new to PHT, or have had a break away from our Trust of more than 1year, it is a mandatory requirement that you attend one of our Trust inductions for Junior Doctors.
