The site is packed with useful information about the wide range of learning and development activities which go on throughout the organisation. The Learning and Development Department provides a central education service for the Trust and covers a wide range of activities -  to find out who we are. There are also Training groups and key staff who deliver education in every Division across the organisation. The courses section details the extensive range of opportunities we provide in-house. There are also sources of support for accessing learning outside of the organisation, which you will need to discuss with your line manager when you set up your personal development plan as part of your Appraisal and Personal Development Review (APDR) process.

We want this site to be useful to you, so please give us any constructive feedback you have via the on-line enquiry form in the "Contact Us" section of the site. You can also use this service if you have any other enquiries about learning and development in the Trust.
