Information for patients

When you come to the Diabetes or Endocrine clinic for an appointment, please bring all drugs, medicines or tablets you are presently taking with you when you attend this appointment.

If you are unable to attend your clinic appointment due to any circumstances, please contact us and let us know.

It may not be possible for you to see the Consultant on each clinic visit and you may be seen by his / her team. However, if needed, Consultants are available to advise accordingly.
